Kelly Services is currently hiring 25+ Forklift Operators to start immediately for a large 3PL facility in the city of Eastvale.  We have 1st/2nd shifts available. This facility receives stores, configures, and ships technology products for major brands and business customers worldwide. Apply Today!

Schedules:
Sr. Associate, Equipment Operations – 1st Shift

• $22.00/hour
• Monday–Friday | 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Maintenance/Rack Building & Order Selector (Cherry Picker)

Sr. Associate, Equipment Operations – 1st Shift

• $23.25/hour
• Monday–Friday | 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Reach Truck & Order Selector (Cherry Picker)

Sr. Associate, Equipment Operations – 2nd Shift

• $23.75/hour
• Monday–Friday | 12:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
• Reach Truck & Order Selector (Cherry Picker)

Associate III, Equipment Operations – 1st Shift

• $21.25/hour
• Monday–Friday | 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Pacer Operator

Job Description:
Forklift Operator safely operates material handling equipment (such as pacer, stand-up, reach trucks, or cherry pickers) to transport, locate, stack, and pull merchandise. The role requires managing inventory with RF scanners, loading/unloading trucks, and meeting daily safety and productivity metrics.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Safely drive multiple types of powered industrial trucks, performing daily safety checklists before each shift.
• Inventory Management: Utilize RF (Radio Frequency) scanners to pick, put away, replenish, and cycle-count stock.
• Material Handling: Load and unload trailers and repetitively stack products onto and off of pallets.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, hazard-free work area, adhere to warehouse safety procedures, and report equipment malfunctions to shift supervisors.
• Production Standards: Work independently and flexibly to meet the fast-paced output and production standards of a high-volume logistics center.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift heavy boxes and perform repetitive physical tasks (standing, bending, and twisting) throughout the entire shift.
• Experience: Typically requires a High School Diploma (or equivalent) combined with previous warehousing, logistics, or distribution experience.
• Basic Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
