Social Butterflies Psychotherapy is seeking compassionate, motivated psychotherapists to provide high-quality mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families throughout New York. We are a clinician-centered practice focused on collaboration, mentorship, and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments.

Develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families.

Complete clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Collaborate with supervisors and the treatment team.

Participate in supervision and clinical consultation.

Maintain ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

Required

LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or MHC-LP in New York State.

Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling.

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Preferred

Experience working with children and adolescents.

Trauma-informed care experience.

Training in CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Play Therapy, Family Systems, or related evidence-based modalities.

Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.
