Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a complex B2B digital portal built on enterprise architecture leveraging SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) and SAP UI5. This role requires strong experience in enterprise B2B commerce, large-scale system integrations, and cross-functional leadership across engineering, architecture, UX, business, and executive stakeholders.

Job Description

• 5-8 years of experience working as a Product Manager for B2B portals
• 3-5 years of experience in one of the SAP technologies (Commerce/UI5)
• Define and drive the long-term product vision and strategy for the B2B portal
• Identify growth opportunities in digital B2B commerce, self-service, and automation
• Own and maintain the product roadmap across multiple releases
• Prioritize initiatives using data, ROI, customer value, and technical feasibility
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization
• Drive API-first and microservices-aligned product thinking
• Improve digital adoption for distributors, dealers, and enterprise customers
• Act as the primary interface between stakeholders, architects, external system integrators, and management
• Transform the user requirement into requirements for implementation
• Use analytics and customer feedback to iterate and optimize
• Ensure consistency in design systems and responsive enterprise experience
• Advocate for usability improvements in complex B2B workflows
• Proven track record managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
