In this dual-focus role, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our business, assisting customers with sales inquiries while managing the essential administrative and QuickBooks functions behind each transaction. Industry experience is not required—we provide comprehensive training on our products and specific workflows. If you bring a positive attitude, great people skills, and a strong work ethic, we will teach you the rest!

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales Support

• Greet customers warmly in person and handle inbound calls with a professional, patient, and helpful tone.
• Assist clients with product/service sales inquiries and order placements.
• Maintain a polished, professional, and welcoming atmosphere for all client interactions.

QuickBooks & Accounting Administration

• Enter, process, and track Sales Orders in QuickBooks.
• Convert approved Sales Orders into accurate invoices and send them to clients.
• Post customer payments and assist with accounts receivable follow-ups.
• Perform basic daily bank activity reconciliations and transaction tracking.
• Keep customer profiles and financial records accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily sales and accounting workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service, retail sales, or administrative support.
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping concepts or accounting procedures.
• Previous hands-on experience with QuickBooks is strongly preferred (though trainable for candidates with strong numerical aptitude).

Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: Approximately 34 hours per week (Standard schedule).
• Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour ($680/week average base pay).
• Work Location: 100% On-site in Midtown Manhattan, New York, NY.
