Providing physical therapy to patients with complex medical conditions, including post-operative, orthopedic, neurological, cardiovascular, and medical-surgical cases.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and function.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary for effective rehabilitation.

Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques, home exercise programs, and post-discharge care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
