Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, entrances, parking areas, event spaces, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may need attention.
• Monitor access points and observe activity across the property to help support authorized entry, assist with directions, and report policy violations and/or maintenance-related concerns.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in required reports, and assist with follow-up actions related to security-related matters and/or customer service needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A current guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
