CWDirect Warehouse Associate - North Platte, NEIf you want a job that keeps you busy and moving, then this is it! This position works within our CW Direct store where you will work to keep the store stocked with product and assist customers with their orders for primarily food product purchases.Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:30am-6pm with alternating Saturdays; 9am-1pmThis position will be a mixture of warehouse/inventory responsibilities as well as customer service / retail activities, but the major focus will be product-focused in terms of overseeing incoming product into the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory, and keeping shelves stocked. Must be comfortable working in the freezer, cooler, and dry warehouse storage areas.Job Duties (generally listed in order of responsibility):Warehouse Receive incoming product, includes confirming product/quantity matches paperworkRecord receipt/changes in the systemPlace product in appropriate spotCycle Counting & Shelf Stocking Will do daily cycle counting of products and update results in the system for accurate listing of productsPrimary person for stocking shelvesRegister Quickly and accurately scan items for customer purchaseCorrectly do voids and returns as neededProcess payments to include credit card and cash, and ensuring the correct amounts are entered and change givenMay assist customers with carrying products to their carCustomer Service Help customers find requested itemsAssist with ideas for purchases that fit their needsOther duties as necessary Product Placement: During down times will ensure that products are in the correct location and front facing.Store Cleanliness: During down times may sweep, pick up items, and generally ensure good store presentationRequirements:High school education or equivalencyAbility to read orders and correctly pull productGood customer serviceAbility to regularly lift up to 50 lbs, occasionally up to 80 lbsBenefits:Immediate: Eligible for Paid holidays30 days: Discounted product rates60 days: Medical, Dental, Vision and Company Paid Life insurance eligibility, 2 PTO days90 days: Eligible to contribute to your 401k plan180 days: 2 PTO days1 year: 401k match eligibility, 8 PTO days, Company Paid Short-Term DisabilityCash-Wa Distributing is a strong, stable and financially smart company.
