Roles and Responsibilities Comprehensive Support: Assist clients in all aspects of home and community life, ensuring safety and promoting independence. Professional Friendship: Establish a healthy, supportive bond with clients. Daily Living Assistance: Help with personal hygiene, dressing, and maintaining a clean, organized living space. Health and Wellness Management: Coordinate and attend medical appointments, encourage consistent exercise, and facilitate social activities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Preferably 1 year of experience working with disabilities (not required). Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance. Minimum age of 18. Pass a drug screening and background check. Provide a letter from a personal or professional reference verifying experience.
