Head Coach - Girl Basketball

Job Location USA Job Description Organizing and conducting practices and game day preparation Instruct student-athletes in basketball fundamentals, techniques, and game strategy Support basketball development, teamwork, and positive sportsmanship Game preparation, scouting, and in-game coaching decisions Supervise student-athletes during practices, games, and team-related activities Ensure full compliance with NJSIAA rules, regulations, and eligibility requirements Promote a safe, respectful, and disciplined athletic environment Communicate effectively with coaching staff, athletes, parents, and school administration Qualifications: Strong knowledge of basketball rules, skills, and strategies Working knowledge of NJSIAA rules and regulations (required) Previous coaching and/or basketball experience required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to student-athlete development, academic success, and character building CPR/AED certification and required coaching certifications (or willingness to obtain) Stipend agreement based on years of experience starting at $6,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr EDU Passport LLC
