Must be hands-on training and meet AHA Guidelines.Health Requirements: Must provide a Physician/CRNP-signed physical dated within the past 6 months that states you are free from communicable diseases and cleared to perform job duties; 2-Step TB or comparable TB documentation dated within the past 6 months; and COVID-19 vaccination documentation or ability to complete a religious exemption form.Background: Must be able to pass a Pennsylvania Criminal History Background Check.
