Process Specialist

Process & Initiation Specialist (m/f/d) - full-time

For the further expansion of our process development division, we are looking for reinforcement specialising in automated soldering technology and quality assurance.

We are looking for employees with the following motivations and qualifications:

• Development, optimisation and industrialisation of processes in the field of laser soldering, thermode soldering, induction soldering and mini wave soldering
• Support for projects from the feasibility study to series commissioning
• Cooperation with customers and interdisciplinary collaboration with design, assembly, automation, production and quality assurance
• Development of innovative quality assurance solutions based on AI and data analysis
• Analysis and classification of solder joint images and optimisation of AI-supported test methods
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of experimental investigations including technical documentation
• Supervision of students and junior staff

Your profile

• Interest, willingness and pleasure in implementing the processes independently and in a structured manner
• Able to work in a team and enthusiastically as well as independently and reliably
• Interest in our unique EUTECT soldering process technologies and our international clients
• Completed technical training or studies in mechanical engineering, production engineering, electrical engineering or similar
• Experience in process development and industrial manufacturing processes
• Structured and independent way of working
• Good technical English and willingness to travel
• Knowledge of automation, data analysis or AI-supported quality assurance is an advantage
