We are looking for a customer-focused Counter/Sales team member to support daily sales activity and create a welcoming experience for customers in Indiana. This Contract is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting walk-in and inbound customers, identifying product needs, and helping drive sales through responsive service. The role combines front-counter support, sales coordination, and relationship building in a fast-paced retail or distribution environment.Responsibilities:• Assist customers at the sales counter and through inbound inquiries, providing product guidance and accurate information.• Build strong customer relationships by responding promptly to questions and resolving service concerns effectively.• Recommend appropriate products and add-on options to help increase sales and improve overall customer satisfaction.• Process sales transactions, prepare orders, and ensure customer requests are handled efficiently and correctly.• Coordinate with internal teams to confirm product availability, order status, and timely fulfillment.• Maintain an organized counter area and support day-to-day store or branch operations as needed.• Track customer needs and sales activity to help identify opportunities for repeat business and account growth.• Adapt to scheduling or operational needs, including shift changes or evolving branch priorities when required.
