Position Overview We are seeking a Dental Assistant with at least 1 year of experience who is eager to grow in a natural/holistic dental setting. This role is ideal for someone who values patient education, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and is interested in expanding their knowledge of biologic dentistry. Key Responsibilities Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Take digital radiographs and intraoral images Support patient education around treatment and holistic care approaches Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation Follow strict infection control and safety protocols Skills, Knowledge and Expertise What We’re Looking For 1+ year of dental assisting experience required Strong communication and patient care skills Interest in holistic/natural dentistry (experience is a plus, not required) Positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment Radiography certification (preferred based on state requirements) Why Join Northwest Natural Dentistry?
