Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Minnetonka Mills, MN ONSITE Duration: Long term
Contract Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 10+ years of total IT experience, with at least 5+ years as a dedicated Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, especially Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and platform capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with creating user stories, process documentation, and wireframes.
- Familiarity with declarative Salesforce features like Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, etc.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in tools like Rally, Confluence, and JIRA.
- Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification (preferred).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage with business users and stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of solutions.
- Conduct requirement workshops, user interviews, and process mapping sessions.
- Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, and testers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Lead UAT planning, execution, and training sessions for end users.
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies as part of an Agile team.
- Recommend Salesforce best practices and standard features to meet business needs efficiently.
