- Own and evolve the overall AEM solution architecture, including authoring, publishing, dispatcher/CDN, and content delivery layers.
- Lead the migration to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) - Oak index strategy, repository and package structure, content compatibility, custom workflows, and Cloud Manager CI/CD pipelines.
- Define component and template architecture for the SPA-based homepage redesign, establishing reusable, authorable patterns and design-system alignment.
- Architect search and content discovery (Elastic/AEM Search), including indexing strategy, relevancy, faceting, and performance.
- Design personalization, targeting, and permissioning models that respect content security and audience segmentation.
- Establish integration architecture with enterprise systems - authentication/SSO, user sync, database-backed services, and analytics instrumentation.
- Set and enforce engineering standards: coding guidelines, code review practices, performance budgets, accessibility (WCAG) compliance, and security remediation.
- Partner with product, design, QA, and DevOps to translate roadmap priorities into sound technical designs and phased delivery plans.
