If you are looking for a stable and profitable company to work for, this position is for you. Our packers safely, efficiently, and successfully package orders on a daily. If you have the potential to learn and the desire to work hard, you will excel as a packer. Bray Commercial takes great pride in producing products of the highest quality and value and cannot fulfill that promise without valued packers. This is a daytime role. This position requires lifting up to 50 pounds as well as the ability to stand for long periods of time. Stand up reach truck experience is a plus.Shift: Monday-Friday 6AM-230PM, with additional overtime that may include Saturdays.Packer will be responsible for:Safely, efficiently and successfully package orders.Following instructions on sales orders and work orders for shipping instructionsMaintaining a healthy and clean work environmentFollowing company safety production policies and proceduresAdapting to change and new situationsQualifications:High School diploma, GED, or 5 years of equivalent experienceMust possess strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityMust adhere by safety policies and maintain a safe workstationMust be driven with a sense of responsibility and accountabilityStrong work ethicAbility to stand for long hoursAbility to lift up to 50 poundsHighly dependable and flexibleGood communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate within a team environment.Ability to read, speak and write English and follow both written and verbal instructionsAttention to detail and precision in workAvailable to work overtime hoursThe following experiences are considered a plus:Warehouse experiencePackaging experienceBuilding palletsFamiliar with UPS/FedExStand-up Reach Truck experienceKnowledgeable on computersPossesses critical thinking skillsAt Bray International, we are the leading provider of industrial valves, actuators, and related control products, renowned for our innovative flow control solutions worldwide.
