Job Title : Receiving Clerk
Location : Nashua, NH
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 9/80 (6AM-3.30PM)
Pay Range : $20-23/hr

Job Description :
USPRO Talent Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to support material receiving and inventory operations within a manufacturing environment in Nashua, NH. This position is responsible for verifying, inspecting, and processing incoming materials to ensure accurate receipt, proper documentation, and timely delivery to designated departments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience with receiving and inventory systems, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, parts, and shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Visually inspect incoming packages and materials for damage, discrepancies, or shortages.
• Compare packing slips, purchase orders, and shipping documentation against received materials to verify quantities and part numbers.
• Accurately record receipt transactions within Oracle and other company systems.
• Document damaged, missing, or incorrect materials and complete required discrepancy reports.
• Route incoming materials to the appropriate inspection, inventory, or production areas based on established procedures.
• Adhere to company policies regarding the handling, storage, and documentation of classified and hazardous materials.
• Assist with the movement and delivery of materials throughout the facility using manual or powered material handling equipment as required.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe receiving area while following all company safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Quality, Inventory, and Production teams to ensure timely resolution of receiving issues.
• Perform additional warehouse, inventory, and receiving duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of receiving, warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience using Oracle ERP or similar inventory/receiving systems.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately verify shipments and maintain documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, packing slips, and purchase orders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
