Benefits Medical, Vision, Dental, Retirement with Employer Match and more (20+ hrs/week) For a comprehensive list of benefits, please click here: Benefits | CoxHealth Job Description: Coordinates the activities of volunteers to provide an atmosphere of excellent customer service with a high degree of professionalism; to promote the mission of the Auxiliary, Volunteer Services and the hospital; and to meet the goals of the organization.Education: • Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field Experience: • Required: 1-2 years related experience • Preferred: 2-4 years managerial/supervisory experience Skills: • Have public speaking skills to represent CoxHealth volunteers at community events and recruit new volunteers from the community; conduct training sessions and represent the volunteer services profession at professional meetings, on boards and on community committees. • Absolutely must be able to effectively communicate with volunteers from ages 15 through adult. • Must possess tact and diplomatic skills for counseling and resolving conflicts. • Must have good time management and computer skills to coordinate programs, input paperwork and manage the volunteer flow for up to 100 people per year.
