Job Description Job Description The Dental Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting dental procedures and ensuring patient comfort through direct patient care. This position involves working closely with a single dentist to assist in a variety of dental treatments including general dentistry, oral surgery, biologic dentistry, PRF, and S.M.A.R.T. procedures, while maintaining high standards of sterilization and infection control. Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols Prepare patients for treatments and ensure their comfort Handle dental instruments efficiently during procedures Assist with radiography and related imaging tasks Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene Collaborate closely with the dentist to facilitate smooth operations Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in dental assisting Dental Assisting License Proficiency in chairside assisting and infection control Experience with dental radiography Strong patient communication skills Expertise in sterilization techniques Ability to work collaboratively within a dental team Company Description We take a holistic, bio-functional approach to dentistry.
