Assistant Manager(03331) - 703 Route 9

The Assistant Manager is typically in training to become a store General Manager. This position requires a full‑time commitment, both physically and mentally, and is a very demanding role. The Assistant Manager works on an hourly basis and may work up to 55 hours a week, including lunchtime, evening, and late‑night shifts. Candidates must be available to work any hour of the day, any day of the week, and weekend hours are required. Prior retail or restaurant experience is preferred, but pizza‑making experience is not required. The Assistant Manager will be in training for between six months and two years, completing a series of formal training modules and classes on the path to the General Manager position. They will learn everything from customer service to people management, product preparation and quality, and inventory control. This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and ambition to rise in the management ranks of the Company. Ability to work flexible and irregular hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Training and Development The candidate will undergo a 6‑ to 24‑month training program that includes a series of formal training modules and classes designed to prepare them for future management responsibilities.
