Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fine Dining Server with a minimum of five years of upscale or luxury dining experience. The ideal candidate possesses extensive wine knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering world-class hospitality. As a Fine Dining Server, you will have the opportunity to showcase your impeccable service skills, attention to detail, and extensive knowledge of fine cuisine and wines.

• Provide exceptional and personalized service to guests in our elegant fine dining restaurant
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, grace, and attentiveness
• Offer detailed menu descriptions, provide recommendations, and guide guests through a memorable dining experience
• Ensure flawless order taking, food and beverage presentation, and timely service
• Display expertise in wine pairing and confidently make suggestions to enhance the dining experience
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and sommelier to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the dining area
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with a calm and professional demeanor

Ideal Prerequisites:

• Has worked in Michelin-recognized, Forbes-rated, AAA Four Diamond/Five Diamond, luxury hotel, or chef-driven restaurants
• Italian cuisine knowledge preferred
• Wine-focused environment
• Possesses advanced wine knowledge (WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, or equivalent experience is a plus)
• Understands sequence of service, wine presentation, and elevated guest engagement
• Thrives in a performance-driven environment with high service expectations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of serving experience in a luxury, upscale, or fine dining restaurant
• Experience in restaurants with average guest checks exceeding $100 per person preferred
• Strong knowledge of classic service standards, wine service, and fine dining etiquette
• Ability to confidently discuss menu ingredients, preparation methods, wine pairings, and spirits
• Experience working alongside sommeliers and culinary teams in a high-volume fine dining environment
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and cultivating repeat clientele
• Ability to carry multiple tables while maintaining precise service standards
• Professional appearance, polished communication skills, and strong attention to detail
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
