Role Description

The E-commerce Account Manager is an entry-level, full-time, on-site role based in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. This is an opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and prove themselves at a growing company. No prior e-commerce experience is required. We will train you on everything you need to know.

In this role, you will help manage and optimize our online marketplace accounts, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and content accuracy. You will learn to monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback to spot growth opportunities and keep customers happy. Day-to-day tasks include working with internal teams on product information and marketing materials, reviewing sales and traffic reports, and helping put strategies in place to improve sales and profitability. You will also support relationships with e-commerce partners, help resolve day-to-day issues, and assist with new product launches and digital projects.

Clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to work with sales, marketing, operations, and customer support teams.

Comfort with computers and basic software tools such as spreadsheets and email.

A self-starter attitude: someone who takes initiative and wants to make an impact.

Compensation

$19–$24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Starting pay depends on factors such as relevant work experience (for example, e-commerce, online marketplaces, retail, or customer service) and education in a related field (for example, business, marketing, or e-commerce)
