Associate Clinical Manager

Serve as a transitional role towards becoming a Center Clinical P&L Leader (Senior Medical Director). Leverage prior leadership experience to expedite learning and delivery of the ChenMed clinical model. Complete PCP Black Belt Training and Mastering the Medical Director Essentials. Demonstrate and lead providers towards accountability and oversight for outcomes, coaching for health, simplifying for action, and leadership. Manage a panel of at least 300 risk-adjusted patients. Act as a health coach for patients. Simplify and prioritize appropriately for behavior change. Lead center Super Huddle (SH) and Transforming Care Meeting (TCM) weekly. Partner with Center Manager/Center General Manager to co-lead center stand-ups. Join national director biweekly meetings and attend annual/biannual clinical leadership conferences. Play an active role in center management and cover for other providers. Recruit patients and additional providers. Drive a positive culture. Progressively assume responsibilities of a Senior Medical Director, including managing, mentoring, and coaching PCPs, conducting leadership rounding, and partnering with Center Manager/Center General Manager to improve financial performance and increase center membership.
