MRI Technologist – Bellevue, WA 

Location: Bellevue Main, Bellevue, WA
Contract Length: 13 weeks with option to extend

Schedule

• Core schedule: Friday – Sunday
• Weekend shifts: ~13 hours
  • Scans for ~12 hours
  • Takes two lunch breaks
• Start time: Clock in at 7:00 AM
  • First patient at 7:30 AM

Modality & Equipment

• MRI — Philips 3T Ingenia
• Non‑contrast only on weekends
• Fridays include contrast
  • Always support available for contrast days

Workload

• Weekend volume: ~15–16 scans per shift
• Breaks:
  • 30‑min lunch + 1‑hour dinner
  • State‑mandated 10‑minute breaks

Experience & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years MRI experience
• Must be  comfortable starting IVs
• Must work  efficiently/quick on their feet
• Limited training preferred — needs someone who can step in smoothly
• Solo scanning on weekends:
  • Other techs available
  • Chief tech does not work weekends but will answer calls if needed
