Join our Retirement and Benefits Department and play a vital role in securing our participants' financial futures. We are seeking a highly detailed and service-oriented professional to guide employees through their complex retirement planning decisions. In this role, you will be the primary resource for participants in our 401(k), pension, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans, providing clear, accurate information, facilitating smooth transactions, and ensuring error-free processing of all financial requests. salary: $20.99 - $21 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 10:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities Retirement and Benefits supports participants in employer sponsored 401(k), pension, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans. Provides participants with clear information on their accounts, guides them through how to execute transactions, and completes error free processing of financial transactions.
