About the Role The Audit Manager will lead audit, review, and compilation engagements across a diverse client portfolio while managing key client relationships and developing engagement teams. This position offers significant ownership over engagement planning, execution, and delivery, along with direct involvement in technical matters, staff development, and practice growth. Key Responsibilities Manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build trusted, long-term relationships Oversee engagement teams, review workpapers, and ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables Coach, mentor, and develop senior and staff-level professionals Lead risk assessments and advise clients on accounting, reporting, and internal‑control matters Review financial statements and related disclosures for compliance with applicable standards Manage engagement budgets, timelines, staffing, and profitability Collaborate with partners on technical matters, client strategy, and practice development Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and introduce additional firm services Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field 5+ years of recent public accounting audit experience Previous experience supervising engagement teams and managing client relationships CPA required Strong knowledge of GAAP and applicable auditing standards Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements, teams, and deadlines Excellent leadership, communication, and client‑service skills Why Consider This Opportunity?
