Through your daily interactions with prospective and current residents, you’ll create a welcoming experience and sense of community. Process certifications (including initial, interim, and annual); calculate retroactive rent while conforming to all applicable guidelines. Collect necessary documentation from current or prospective residents, and process verifications. Apply correct rents for annual and interim recertification; adjust to remain compliant. Review and finalize HUD 50059 forms. Prepare rent repayment agreements and explain rent calculations to residents according to HUD guidelines. Review EIV reports and resolve discrepancies. Organized and Detail-Oriented: Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while efficiently managing multiple projects and deadlines. Self-Sufficient and Adaptable: Complete tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision, thriving in a busy, high-volume environment. Effective Time Management: Prioritize and manage time to consistently meet deadlines and exceed expectations. Support site and office operations as assigned by manager. Compensation $31.25 - $34.62 / hour Annual Performance Bonus This position is Non-Exempt, meaning eligible for overtime pay This range is provided as a general guideline and reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, geographical location, and the specific responsibilities of the role. In addition to salary, this position may be eligible for performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Final compensation offers will be determined following a thorough assessment of the candidate’s background and the requirements of the position.
