• Experience: Minimum 2 years OR RN experience, preferred experience in Level 1 trauma centers

What You'll Do

• Provide advanced perioperative nursing care in a busy Level 1 trauma OR setting
• Assist with surgeries in specialties including Neuro, Ortho, ENT, GU, Plastics, Burns, and Liver Transplant as required
• Operate and assist with DaVinci Xi Robot and other surgical equipment
• Collaborate with surgical teams, including scrub responsibilities, to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation within EPIC electronic health records
• Support unit needs through call coverage during evenings and weekends as scheduled
• Follow all protocols for infection control, safety, and patient care standards

What You Need

• Required:
  
  
  • Ohio RN license or able to obtain
  • BLS certification
  • NIH Level 1 Trauma experience
  • Minimum 2 years OR RN experience in a Level 1 trauma center
  • Experience with DaVinci Xi Robot and Liver Transplant preferred (must meet experience thresholds)
  • Proficiency in EPIC and hospital protocols

  • Ability to scrub in surgeries, handle complex procedures, and work efficiently in high-pressure environments
