Job Description: The Call Center Agent serves as a primary point of contact for customers regarding deliveries, pickups, order status updates, scheduling requests, and issue resolution. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a customer-first mindset while managing a high volume of inbound and outbound interactions. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing customer communications via phone, email, and chat. Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules while providing timely updates and estimated arrival information. Assist customers with shipment inquiries, service requests, disputes, and claims. Process customer orders and facilitate payment transactions through company-approved systems. Maintain accurate scheduling and customer information within internal databases. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and service partners to resolve delivery-related issues. Deliver professional, courteous service while managing a high-volume workload. Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one year of call center experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Experience in industries such as banking, insurance, collections, fraud prevention, call centers, or similar customer-focused roles preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable handling a large volume of customer interactions daily. Ability to remain organized and adaptable while managing multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and other computer-based systems. Positive attitude with a willingness to engage customers and build rapport.
