Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and mobility
• Support meal preparation and ensure residents' nutritional needs are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident areas, including laundry duties
• Monitor residents regularly and assist with medication tracking
• Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families to ensure quality care

Who You Are

• A compassionate and motivated individual who genuinely cares for elderly and afflicted residents
• Calm under pressure with strong decision-making and communication skills
• Professional, easy to work with, and dedicated to creating a welcoming home environment
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
