Your Qualifications Must Have: Series 65/66, Life & Health licenses, minimum 2-3 years advising affluent clients, and proven sales/closing skills. Preferred (but not required): CFP/ChFC designation, bachelor’s degree, experience with comprehensive retirement planning, public speaking, insurance, and/or annuity sales.
