Litigation Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney in Wilmington, DE. This position is open to both full-time and part-time candidates with 0-5 years of experience , as well as more experienced attorneys considering a lateral move. The role offers a supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth . Duties Represent clients in various civil litigation matters. Handle cases from inception through trial. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings. Participate in jury trials and hearings. Requirements 0-5 years of litigation experience preferred. Admission to practice in Delaware State Courts. Strong research and writing skills. Experience with jury trials is a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Delaware. Skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
