Cute Looks Medi Spa is seeking a dedicated and professional Bilingual Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to assist in both administrative and clinical tasks. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:

• Assist the provider with patient procedures and treatments.

• Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations.

• Take and record patient vitals, medical history, and concerns.

• Educate patients on post-treatment care and wellness tips.

• Sterilize and maintain medical instruments and equipment.

• Administer injections and assist with minor procedures as needed.

Administrative Duties:

• Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner.

• Schedule appointments and manage patient records using the electronic health system.

• Verify insurance information and process billing as required.

• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with patient concerns.

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required.

• Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA) preferred.

• Prior experience in a medical or aesthetic setting is a plus.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic procedures.
