Business Program Coordinator

Employees in this job function plan and oversee projects/programs working with cross-functional teams across various business functions such as Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Sales. Key responsibilities Develop project plans, define the business-related project/program scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with executive leadership and function heads Facilitate the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between internal teams and/or external vendors Effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations and teams with reinforcing quantitative measurements Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables, and results are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and allocated resources Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting data in a clear format for presentations and reviews Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of projects/programs Serve as a subject matter expert in their respective business domain of Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Finance, or Sales Requirements - education & experience 2 years in IT Previous experience in program/project coordination, cross-functional stakeholder support, or event logistics within a large-scale corporate environment Experience coordinating across multiple business functions or departments to support shared goals and timelines Required skills Strong skills in the Microsoft 365 suite including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Copilot Familiarity with task/milestone tracking tools such as Planner and SharePoint to support program coordination Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professional coordination Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to track multiple moving parts, deliverables, and timelines across concurrent initiatives Nice-to-have / preferred skills Experience with Copilot and/or Open Code AI tools Impellam Group and its brands are equal-opportunity employers committed to diversity and inclusion.
