SUMMARY: This posting is for a Marketing Specialist within Miller Proctor Nickolas, Inc., the exclusive distributor for Cleaver-Brooks boiler sales and service in the NYC Metro area.  Our Marketing Specialists are the key producers of materials that drive direct business development efforts. This role works under the direction of the segment managers to help write, design, and produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing material used to help the firm win work and support the general activities of the office/regional marketing studio such as PR and knowledge management, etc.  This role also manages the S.E.O., web development and social media of the company.  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with principals, senior staff, and other marketing team members to design, write, and produce presentations, and other marketing collateral in alignment with brand standards.
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Generate innovative ideas for service and products to maintain competitive and leading edge – includes keeping websites and e-mail marketing platforms at the cutting edge.
• Developing new materials as needed to support business development activities
• HubSpot (CRM) Lead Generation, Marketing and Data Management
• Present recommendations to the marketing and sales team to improve overall efficiency and developing a better consumer experience
• Supporting managers with marketing administrative needs.
• Innovating strategies to gain brand awareness and followers.
• S.E.O. leadership for the company
• Social Medial leadership for the company
• Assisting with group meetings and client events.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-3 years in a Marketing role
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing
• Creativity, adaptability, and familiarity with current marketing trends
• Great organization, time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent writing and communication skills
