Licensed Psychologist - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Woodbridge, VA.

Qualifications

• Fully and independently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Virginia
• Licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing

Compensation: Up to $126,000 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.

• Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week

• Behavioral Health Generalists open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided)

• Self‑guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours
• Strong character: integrity, honesty, adaptability, and commitment to quality of care
