What You'll Do:

• Support clinical interventions by implementing evidence-based practices.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments to patients under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Conduct procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive device use.
• Assess patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist to modify treatment plans.
• Document all care and treatment activities in electronic health records per regulatory standards.
• Support patient, family, and caregiver education regarding cognitive and physical disorders.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and facility training sessions.
• Support and supervise students in clinical training under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist.
• Ensure compliance with NBCOT/AOTA and state practice acts, ethics, and regulations.

What You Need:

• Active State Licensure/Registration
• Experience working with patients with cognitive and/or physical disorders
• Knowledge of evidence-based occupational therapy practices
• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Prior experience in Long Term Care or rehabilitation settings
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
