Position Summary: The Paintless Dent Repair Technician is responsible for servicing new and existing accounts/customers by repairing automotive dent damage and to provide excellent customer service. Our PDR Technicians receive all the tools and supplies needed for the job. This person will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a weekly sales route in their territory to maximize profits. You will be responsible for managing inventory, audits, and accurate logs of sales stops. Duties Critical to Success: Maintain business relationships to increase our clients’ profits Maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure longevity of accounts/business Drive our company van to dealerships and fleet operations in your metro area Walk and write up car lots for customer approval Perform cosmetic dent repairs on small to midsize dent damage on the exterior of client’s vehicles and within company standards Work with accounts/or sales managers on a regular basis to increase quality of service to account Service retail customers when necessary This role will report to assigned routes and establish accounts daily to service all repairs in a timely manner Job Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 years of PDR experience High School Diploma or equivalent 21 years of age with a valid Driver’s license Sales and customer service experience Determination to succeed Professional demeanor and appearance General computer skills Some experience with route sales preferred Work in all elements of weather Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and demonstrated ability to work independently Regularly required to stand and walk. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, climb and perform repetitive motion tasks Safe place to park company van Language Requirement: All applicants must be able to speak, read, and communicate effectively in English to ensure safety, teamwork, and operational efficiency in the workplace.
