As Facility Technician, based in Cantil, CA,  you’ll join a collaborative team ensuring that our clients can deliver their services – uninterrupted.

Work hours will vary based on business needs.  Must be available to work any shift or day including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Monitors and controls activity on 3,800- acre facility using a combination of CCTV, card access, two-way radios and GPS systems.
• Coordinates use of test tracks and monitors track users ensuring compliance with operational guidelines.
• Coordinates emergency response to onsite incidents, provides management detailed verbal and written reports for all incidents.
• May be required to respond as a 1st Responder to on-site incidents with a focus on 1st Aid and scene control until Advanced Life Support (ALS) units arrive.
• Follows existing procedures assigns and tracks the distribution of Access Cards, GPS Units and electronic equipment to facility users.
• Provides daily, weekly, and monthly electronic reports on facility activity as requested.
• Execute work as directed by the HPC Manager or Honda Operations staff.
• Technicians maybe required to escort visitors onsite to the work site and possibly remain with the vendor until project is completed.

The base salary range for this position is $47,400.00 to $67,760.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
