Qualifications

• Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
• Minimum one year of outpatient primary care experience
• Active and unrestricted Wisconsin medical license (or eligible through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact)
• Epic experience strongly preferred
• Passion for innovation, technology, and relationship-based primary care
