The Nathaniel Community Success (NCS) Team at CASES in Manhattan seeks a mission-driven Team Leader. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, coordinate clinical and administrative operations, and ensure high-quality, recovery-oriented services for individuals transitioning from jail to community. With a Master’s degree in a clinical field and strong leadership, you will foster trauma-informed care, engage with criminal legal stakeholders, and advance START/MI/IJ/CCDBT training to maintain #J-18808-Ljbffr The Center for Alternative Sentencing and Employment Services (CASES)
