Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - SNF/LTC - $1,484 per week

Position Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a contract assignment in Sun City Center, Florida. Job Details Discipline: PT Assistant / PTA. Start Date: ASAP. Duration: 13 weeks. Hours: 40 hours per week. Shift: 8 hours per day. Employment Type: Travel. Responsibilities Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist. Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a PT. Effectively collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals. Use physical treatment procedures such as massages, electrical stimulation, paraffin baths, hot and cold packs, traction, ultrasound, and other assigned exercises. Qualifications Earned an Associates degree from an accredited school. Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or in the process of obtaining licensure.
