Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1+ years of physical therapy in an outpatient setting
• MA PT License
• BLS for healthcare providers from AHA or American Red Cross

Assignment Details

• Monday and Wednesday: 8-hour shifts
• Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Additional scheduled shift: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• No weekends
• No call
• Scrubs or business casual
