Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and active CCC-SLP certification required
• Previous experience in a K-12 school setting preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a mixed model of consult and direct services
• Readiness to provide professional references prior to offer

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to a diverse student population
• Maintain and update IEP documentation according to school and district guidelines
• Consult, collaborate, and communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on students’ unique needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and service planning
• Complete a mix of consultative and direct service hours
• Shadow current SLP, if possible, prior to the official start for a seamless transition

This position is part-time, with approximately 20 hours per week across Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from early October through late December. Candidates may begin shadowing 1-2 weeks prior to the official start date for optimal onboarding and continuity of care.
