An exciting contract opportunity is available for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year, focused on supporting elementary or middle school students in a vibrant and diverse educational environment.

This position is located onsite, with a flexible schedule of 20-30 hours per week, allowing you to balance professional satisfaction and personal priorities. You’ll have the rewarding experience of providing psychological services across either three elementary buildings or two middle schools, collaborating with caring educators and support staff, and helping young learners reach their full potential.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience supporting school-age children in elementary or middle school settings
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
• Knowledge of IEP processes and federal/state special education regulations
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for all students

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify student needs
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, administrators, and families
• Develop and implement strategies for academic, behavioral, and emotional success
• Attend and participate in IEP and evaluation meetings
• Provide crisis intervention, preventative services, and short-term counseling
• Deliver consultation and guidance to teachers and staff on student interventions
