Trust Operations Specialist

Description Job Summary Play a supportive role for the Wealth Management Department. Post all investment income and work closely with 5/3rd and Cheetah to accomplish daily tasks. Work closely with Investment Officers to prep new account documents and open the accounts on Cheetah. Assist with other department related functions. Requirements Job Responsibilities Balance/reconcile the Trust Balance Sheet as well as all departmental suspense accounts. * Administer Cheetah Portal access for Wealth Management clients Process and post corporate actions, interest, and dividends from 5/3rd and Raymond James as well as handling any related wires. Acts as back-up for Trust Operations Officer. Prepare, open, and close account files and scan. Oversee and manage Investment Policy Statement process. Once in effect, be the point person with Cheetah for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO.) Perform other duties as assigned, which may periodical include, but not limited to, other types of scanning or working on special projects. Competencies Required 1. Customer Focus:
