Remote Customer Service Specialist

Overview 24 Seven Marketing, LLC is a Veteran-Owned full-service marketing agency helping startups and small to mid-sized businesses grow. We specialize in website design, SEO, social media management, PPC advertising, reputation management, business credit building, and outsourced U.S.-based call center solutions to boost visibility and revenue. Responsibilities Provide inbound customer service support for client-specific inquiries. Assist with account issues, fraud resolution, and general support. Deliver accurate, confidential service and meet performance benchmarks. Attend certification training and maintain service quality standards. Note: A background check fee of 30.00 is reimbursed in the first paycheck. Certification Course Start Dates Sept. 9th 2025 Sept. 30th 2025 Oct. 6th 2025 Oct. 14 20025 Qualifications Must have a computer with following: Windows 10 or 11 PC with Intel i5+ or AMD Ryzen 3+, 8 GB RAM. Hardwired Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi). USB headset with phone-quality audio. Hardwired keyboard and mouse. Smartphone for security verification. Hardwired telephone may be required for some programs. Interview Preparation What is your approach to handling difficult customers? What does great customer service mean to you? Are you comfortable working flexible shifts? Can you pass a background check and drug screening?
