Responsibilities Provide inbound customer service support for client-specific inquiries. Assist with account issues, fraud resolution, and general support. Deliver accurate, confidential service and meet performance benchmarks. Attend certification training and maintain service quality standards. Note: A background check fee of 30.00 is reimbursed in the first paycheck. Certification Course Start Dates Sept. 9th 2025 Sept. 30th 2025 Oct. 6th 2025 Oct. 14 20025 Qualifications Must have a computer with following: Windows 10 or 11 PC with Intel i5+ or AMD Ryzen 3+, 8 GB RAM. Hardwired Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi). USB headset with phone-quality audio. Hardwired keyboard and mouse. Smartphone for security verification.
