About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Haida Nursing and Rehab, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of their care plans. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive individualized care that meets their unique needs and preferences. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including but not limited to:

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Conducting vital signs and assessments

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans

  • Providing emotional support and comfort to our residents and their families

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care

• Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care at Haida Nursing and Rehab

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a long-term care setting

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold patient privacy and dignity
