Job Position: Warehouse Assistant Location: Lewisville, TX 75067 Pay Rate: $20.00/hr Shift: 1st Description: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Pay: $20/hr Job Duties/Responsibilities - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office or department. - Perform general clerical duties, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed. - Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical. - Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external parties. - Coordinate and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory. - Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to appropriate contacts. - Support project management activities by tracking progress and deadlines. Qualifications & Requirements - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in commonly used office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and accuracy in work. - Basic understanding of office operations and administrative processes. - Ability to work collaboratively with others and maintain a professional demeanor.
