Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien and Nutrien Ag Solutions. What You'll Do:Develop, implement and manage the Branch business plan and operating budget, including operating, financial and sales targetsDirect all aspects and daily operations of the facility to ensure safety, efficiency and profitabilityReview and analyze progress towards the achievement of sales forecasts and operational goals on a regular basis, and initiates action as neededDefine level of service consistent with sales volume and profit marginsProvide staff development and training of Branch employeesResponsible for the record keeping functions in recording sales and monies received, in maintaining inventory records, in requisitioning supplies in accordance with sales projections and movement of product within the market areaManage all aspects of physical resources including maintenance and repair, compliance with industry and Nutrien Ag Solutions’ regulations and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment at the BranchResponsible for retail auditsResponsible for inventory quantity and quality to ensure Branch will meet sales commitments and end-use customer programsAnalyze capital requirements and provides recommendations regarding capital budget needs Liaise with customers, suppliers, division leadership and other appropriate industry personnel to promote Nutrien Ag Solutions’ products and servicesWhat You'll Bring:5+ years of progressively responsible experience in agriculture and/or sales function 5+ years of people leadership experienceUniversity degree preferred; high school degree or equivalent requiredApplicant should have experience with crops, pesticides, and fertilizers in the current marketCompensation & Benefits:The estimated salary that Indeed, Glassdoor and LinkedIn suggested does not represent Nutrien's compensation structure.  The salary range for this role, in California and Nevada, is between $127,500 – $165,000. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week.
